Living in Rochester, Minnesota has been interesting. If you are "black", "white" people stare at you everywhere you go. You have no choice but to ignore them, as long as they don't touch you. There is a change happening with different people of various cultural backgrounds living in Rochester. But you can still sense the hatred for certain groups of people. Plus they think every "black" person with a backpack is homeless or trying to steal.
